Shri Nilesh S. Kotak is currently the Managing Director of Dhanvarsha Fincap Pvt. Ltd. He is an active contributor in various National Dailies such as the Economic Times, Gujarat Samachar, DNA Money and Divya Bhaskar. He has written cerebral articles on topic ranging from stock and commodity markets to overall market analysis, derivatives and mutual funds etc. He frequently appears on Zee Business for various programs such as "Your Stocks" and "Aapka Fayada" and also on CNBC Awaaz. He has also appeared as a Panel Member on "E TV" for panel discussion on Capital Markets during Budget and also on several other occasions.

Shri Nilesh Kotak has completed his Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University and has also been a Gold Medalist and University Topper. He has successfully cleared all eight modules of National Certification in Financial Market part from that he has also pursued a course in Management of Investment from Ahmedabad Management Association, besides he is a certified candidate of Franklin Templeton earning Academy.
